Wilma Derksen CEC, OMWilma is a Certified Executive Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Working with various agencies within Canada and abroad, Wilma has contributed extensively to develop programs and training increasing awareness in trauma experienced by victims of crime. She has been recognized for her contributions with a number of awards for her efforts in working with victims of crimes . Wilma has written several books about healing and understanding the truths surrounding recovery from trauma.
Drawing from her life experience and interest in life writing, Wilma empathetically works towards a solution-focused therapy combined with a narrative approach to help each client connect with their own inner healing and resources. |
