Turquoise Support Group: Doing Life Alone

You are invited to join!
The "Turquoise Support Group" aims to create a safe and nurturing space for widows and single individuals who are navigating life after the loss of a spouse or partner. The group's theme, "Being alone and loving it," reflects the notion that solitude can be embraced as an opportunity for personal growth and empowerment.
The support group meetings will take place every other Sunday at 6 pm, beginning on September 10th, at the Oakville Wellness Center - 701 Pembina Hwy. The program will include a variety of activities geared towards providing emotional support, valuable insights from guest speakers, and access to essential resources that aid in the healing process.
Why the name?
I am trying to reimage the "black widow."
Turquoise is an opaque, blue-to-green mineral – a gem that is known for its calming affect that makes it a great stone for when you are feeling overwhelmed. It was also thought to instill tranquility and promote wisdom. I chose it because of the suggested movement from being blue to life-giving green.
